The highly anticipated first day of a new preschool year finally arrived!! Ever since last July when I found out I was pregnant with Ben, Bubba and I have talked at great lengths about how this morning would go. I was long at work before the kids were up and moving so all the breakfast, dressing, teeth brushing and hair bow primping and car seat buckling was left up to none other than …. 
SUPER DAD!
The alarm clock went off bright and early for Super Dad! 6:30…not sure when he last saw an alarm clock say that!! But, like a fearless Super Dad he braved the breaking dawn and was ready to face his first solo school morning with 4 kids!
Although I had laid out all clothes, bags, toothbrushes and premade sippy cups- the rest was up to him. And on top of it all… I left a pitiful note about how I was missing a memory so would he mind snapping some photos for me!!
Never fear… Super Dad was on it!!!
After arriving home today, I immediately picked up my camera to review the photo session from this morning. Quickly I noticed one key and important, some might say crucial element that was missing…
Ummmm…. Super Dad must have overlooked a piece of Bess’ wardrobe. Friends, this is in fact a 2 piece outfit- normally coupled with a precious set of capris to match. Super Dad forgot those so off to school Bess went in her mini dress! Probably worked out good though since she is obsessed with showing others her big girl undies!
I could do nothing but giggle!!
Gotta love Super Dad! We really (no really) would be lost without him!

I laughed so hard about Bubba forgetting Bess' capris! So funny. I'm very impressed with him getting them all ready for school! It definitely takes a "Super Dad"!
