Just like the Old Days

Whoa!  What’s that you say?   Did Bubba and Kasie just go to a football game and tailgate all day just like we once did back in the day?!  Oh yeah!!!  And wait…I wasn’t pregnant and was able to enjoy the “fun”!  Yep!  Been a long time since my tailgating experience somewhat resembled my college days! What a fun day this momma and daddy had together!  

Luckily this morning we had a little man around the house to help reinact his newfound favorite players moves and some highlights from the game last night.  As Charlie has told me all morning : “Mom, I am the best player ever!”  He thinks he is #7 Clowney!  He even changed his plans for being Spiderman for Halloween to being Clowney this morning!

 

The conversations have been great!  He became very upset when Wylie announced she too wanted to be Clowney!  All morning, either Bubba or I have sat on the front porch steps watching “Clowney” throw his football down the yard.  He even responds to the name Clowney when you call it out!  PRECIOUS!!  

Bless his heart though- I think “Clowney” might need a new ball though. Baby Otis seems to have mistaken it for his breakfast!
