Whenever I See Your Smiling Face...Part 2

Sugar and Spice and everything nice...That's what little girls are made of!

My life has been blessed with children who are drastically and wonderfully different! Most of the time, I am not surprised by Charlie's ideas of fun! Webster's Dictionary probably has his name listed in the definition of boy. However, as best I can, I am going to attempt to accurately describe Wylie's personality and paint the precious picture we are blessed to live with daily!

Very early on, Bubba and I learned Wylie and Charlie were very different! Polar Opposites you might say! Wylie is detail oriented. She notices the colors of her toys and can't be fooled by one that is similar. She likes to be clean. Dirty hands are not for this little gal! When the rare occasion arises and her hands are dirtied, she stares at them and cries until I clean them! She has the natural desire to care for others. She is thoughtful and often can be spotted bringing Charlie his toy she has found or covering Baby Bess up with her favorite pink blanky and Bunny Foo Foo. She is a hugger, a kisser, a snuggler and a heart melter! But do not be fooled folks, Wylie has been a visitor to the time out corner too! I will say for the record it is usually because she walks in front of Charlie (repeatedly) while he is in time out with the object that caused the fuss to begin with! Little Stinker! For that, she gets to enjoy the pleasure of a corner too! For the most part, if you even dare to whisper "No Mam" to her to stop her from doing something, she truly acts like you have crushed her feelings and cries the most pitiful cry.

Now it is possible you might not believe any of this so...

Just look...the proof is right in front of your eyes!

All better now! Back to baking my brownies!

"ONE"- This is what Wylie does before she jumps off things. We see this more than we see the jumping. She isn't a base jumper like her brother!

If this one ever goes missing, immeidately we will check the fruit snack aisle in the grocery store! She is bound to be there!!!

What a helper! This is the mess Charlie made in my bedroom so he could watch TV in my armoire! Wylie cleaned up all the pj pants he dumped into the floor for me! HOW PRECIOUS IS THAT!!! (UH...Lacey.... I see some pants you are about to need!!! It is about time for the pregnant PJ Pants!!!!)

Sheer Happiness! A bag of doughnuts on a Saturday morning! Who wouldn't be happy!

I am not sure how she does it, but, we seem to fall more in love with this smile each and every time it lights up her face!
