Our little Bess is commonly referred to as a “heart with legs”. She is so loving and can absolutely make your heart melt on most occasions. Being so close in age to Charlie and Wylie, she soaks in EVERYTHING they do, and doesn’t just think she can do it, she WILL do it! There are many times, Bess is just a little too little for whatever C & W are doing. So, there are some rare occasions where this little one ends up by herself. Not many…but a few!
This past weekend, Bess was home alone one night with Bubs, Ben and myself. This child absolutely loves all the attention on her! She was thrilled to have a bathtub to herself and to go out to eat with momma and daddy ! She was spoiled and with any request she had, her daddy obliged!!
So that evening, we did our normal nightly routine with Bess. Normally Bess doesn’t require anything for bedtime except her pappy and Foo Foos but on this night, she requested a pink purse of goodies. Seeing as how she was just being adorable and we didn’t think it would matter much for a few extra minutes, we gave her the purse of goodies.
When we went to take the purse away and officially begin the nighttime routine, this is what we saw!
After getting a giggle out of this, we picked up all the goodies and attempted to take it out of her crib. Needless to say, it was a NO GO so this is how the little love went to bed!
It is very obvious this little one has been watching her sister and her hoarding habits! Bless all of our souls!
