There Isn't Much... But It's Enough!!

Hear Ye, Hear Ye... I introduce...

A BOWHEAD!!!!

I am proud to call my firstborn daughter a bowhead! It has been a feat but alas the day is here! However friends, learning to be a bowhead has taken a lot of practice! Wylie has been hard at work getting this whole bowhead thing down pat!

To begin our bowhead adventures, we had to practice on Baby Red. Just look at the determination and commitment on that face! A woman on a mission I tell you!

But once Wylie was told to face it- the bow was going to be there rain or shine for the next couple years, she gave in and let me win the battle.

Lately she has felt that purple pearls really accentuate ANY hairbow or outfit!

Like any curious brother, the day the bows arrived, Charlie was very interested. Until, he became our model. No more bows for Baby Boy! (Although for the record, what great hairbow hair he has!!!)

The next step was teaching Daddy how to put bows in the hair. He is going to be getting them ready for school this fall on his own, so we can only go with the belief that practice makes perfect. Bubba seems to think bows look best in the dead center of Wylie's head. This is Wylie's favorite bow. Really it is Bess' but she thinks it belongs to her these days!

So to all my fellow bowheads past and present, Wylie salutes you!

I thought about you all day today...having to leave those precious Bailey kids! So I had to take a peek at the blog (haven't looked lately) and it just made my night! They are so adorable and it just puts a smile on my face to read about the Bailey Bunch! Hope you are doing well! See you soon!

Love a bow! She looks to cute in her little bows! You should be glad she likes them! Mine are still pulling them out within 10 minutes of putting them in their hair. And then we have to find all the misplaced bows! Fun games!
