We were all a little surprised this morning to discover our elves, Mr. Jingles and Bell, along with about a few of their Rock Hill Elf friends, were missing in action! Seems Santa requested they fly back to the North Pole. The Bailey Bunch was told that Mr. Jingles had to clean his room before he could return and Bell had to help carry the recycling out to the road! Since they had so many chores to do, they prepared an Elf Feast for us and our friends to feast on!
Everything was delicious. The menu was clearly designed by elves: Santa Hat Muffins, Frosty Fruit, Blizten Biscuits, Santa’s Sausage Snowballs, Snowmen on a Stick… Yummy!!! And even a Christmas Cocktail for the Mothers! Just scrumptious!
The Elves did not want to be missed so they left several reminders that they were throwing this party!
And they were even so thoughtful to leave treat bags with letters from our elves!
I guess they were really thinking ahead because they also left us letters to use for writing to Santa!
Everything was ready…we were just missing the friends! Never fear this group of festively dressed loves was action packed for the party!
And while we did tell a white lie or two, this group was coopertive enough to allow us to snap a few pics for the sentimental moms in the room! Just look at this crew. (Also, please note the 2 pics. We realized we left 2 out and had to redo the photo shoot- and by that point, the moment was about gone!)
Round 1
Round 2
I think it is safe to say, these little loves all enjoyed their breakfast together! It was so heart warming to have so much energy and spirit in the house! This is just ONE of the many, many, many, reasons I love the holiday season!
Clearly we were doing something right to wear these little ones out of the gallons of energy they seemed to have this morning!
So blessed and thankful for great family, great friends and the togetherness of the season!
Let all the Festive Family Fun begin!
