(Couldn’t help but having a blast from the past moment as I typed that title- fellow Fiddler on the Roof fans- you get me!)
Moving on…
From way back in the day (really just a mere three years ago) I started a photographic tradition with the kids at Christmas. I unintentionally found a picture that I had taken of them doing something “Christmasy” and decided that is would be recreated for years to come! I am probably the only one, but I LOVE LOVE LOVE looking back on these every year just to see how the times have changed!
Charlie’s Christmas Photographic Tradition is the annual under the tree with daddy pic! The first time this moment was captured, my heart melted and now three years later, I still feel the same!
Wylie becomes a Tree Skirt Princess for her Christmas Photographic Tradition!
Bess’ Christmas Photographic Tradition is Stocking Feet!
**2010… I failed to uphold this clear time honored tradition… oops!
And for Bennie Boo…well, I felt like if Daddy got to be in one of the photographic tradition pictures, I should too! So I chose this one. However, at the time, I did not realize I would want this to be my photographic tradition picture. Had I thought this out better, I would actually be looking at the camera and I would have done a wee bit of something to conceal or at least minimize my glaring head of roots! My apologies! I am excited for the years to come for this pic. I can already see a big ol’ boy 6 feet tall sitting on me, squishing me for the picture while we both giggle away!
Ahhhhh!!! Just love my babies and family so much!! Blessings all around!
